Join us for a Full Moon Release: Shedding Limiting Beliefs, a transformative women's circle under the loving guidance of July's full moon. This special evening is dedicated to identifying and releasing old limiting beliefs, allowing us to step into our true power and potential.

Event Highlights:

• Cacao Ceremony: We will begin with a heart-opening cacao ceremony to create a safe and loving space for our journey. The sacred cacao will help us connect more deeply with our hearts and each other.
• Guided Visualisation: Following the cacao ceremony, we will embark on a powerful guided visualisation to identify the old beliefs and negative thoughts that no longer serve us. This process will help us gain clarity and prepare for the releasing ceremony.
• Releasing Ceremony at the Beach: Under the luminous July full moon, we will hikoi down to the beach for a releasing ceremony. Here, we will symbolically let go of our limiting beliefs, offering them to the ocean to be cleansed and transformed. This sacred ritual will be a powerful step in our journey toward personal freedom and empowerment. (weather dependent)
• Empowerment Through Music: Each woman is encouraged to think of a song that lifts her spirit, makes her feel powerful, excited, and untouchable. We will use these as a part of our releasing ceremony, where we will celebrate each other.
