Our special guest, Ylia Sawitzki, brings her extraordinary experience as a Yoni Mapping Therapist and former midwife of 20 years, guiding women through embodied awakening and healing. With over three decades in personal development, Ylia weaves together mindfulness, somatic awareness, attachment theory, internal family systems, and trauma-informed practices—creating a safe, heart-centered space for transformation.
